Dave has an experienced and critical eye when viewing homes with buyers, and uses his contract writing and negotiating skills to craft and manage contracts that all parties easily understand.
Connie is quick and adaptable when showing clients homes in this fast-paced market. She brings her strong analytical skills when researching property and neighborhoods and can determine quickly if the price of a home is accurate for the neighborhood. She gathers extensive data to determine what the current sales trends are and what that data might mean for the future.
